Carrión Laffitte Casellas (HUB International CLC), the second largest insurance broker in Puerto Rico, has appointed Human Resources expert Michelle Benítez as Managing Director of a brand new division, HUB CLC Human Resources Consulting. Prior to joining HUB/CLC, Benítez had already been the head of her own human resources management and compliance services firm, Right Track.
“We have known Michelle for many years as we have worked together in many projects. We are honored that she chose to become part of our winning team,” said Antonio (Tony) Casellas Executive Vice President at HUB/CLC, a leading full service insurance brokerage firm with offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico. “As head of HUB/CLC Benefits Consulting, Michelle will lead an experienced and dedicated team in offering the most relevant and efficient benefits and human resources consulting services to current and prospective clients.”
Casellas added that the new CLC Consulting division will integrate HUB/CLC’s COBRA, Compliance and Wellness services. Industry experts Shaneiliz Mejias and Maria del Carmen Morales will join Benítez in this new venture.

Benitez' previous experience also includes the position of Principal and Chief Operations Officer at Ikon Benefits Services; Vice-President of Human Resources at Suiza Dairy; and Human Resources Director at Clorox Caribbean and Amigo Supermarkets..
